Welcome to  the
Home Stretch WA
Community of Practice! 

Since July 2022, the Community of Practice (CoP) Backbone team have been working with Home Stretch WA providers to develop an online knowledge hub for service providers.


Building on the extensive co-design and testing that began in November 2018 with the Home Stretch WA Trial, our CoP members are working together to elevate the lived and learned expertise of young people, local Aboriginal Communities, and other stakeholders into shaping how Home Stretch should be offered in WA.
