Welcome to the Knowledge Hub of the Home Stretch WA Community of Practice (CoP). The central site for Home Stretch WA providers to access information, explore prototype practice tools and resources, online training, reflect on program data, and share their own experiences and expertise with other Community of Practice Members from across WA.

Home Stretch WA embodies a shared vision that has been shaped by young people with lived experience of the care system, and guided by the wisdom of Aboriginal Elders and Communities from across Western Australia.

Our members are dedicated to building a brighter future for care leavers, amplifying the voices of young people with lived experience to continue to shape Home Stretch in WA.
